The time difference, however, may be more difficult to grow accustomed to. As I've observed, things are... different than what I remember.

Perhaps I am simply inexperienced in these matters, but I suspect it will take longer than a week to become used to women crossdressing and inventions that are capable of turning on lights at the flick of a switch.

Anyway. Jet lag is that tired feeling you get when you cross from one time zone to the other. Like say it's Five pm here, it might be a four hour difference on the other side of the world. You need time to adjust to the difference.
